Product Description

The banana screen, a type of linear vibrating screen, has a continuously - changing screen - surface inclination. It's especially suitable for screening when the proportion of undersize materials is ≥ 50%.

At the feed end, materials move and loosen quickly, getting stratified fast. Fine particles pass through the screen rapidly, thinning the material layer. The sedimentation speed of small particles increases by 3 - 4 times, solving the problem of poor contact with the screen in normal screening. At the discharge end, the reduced speed extends the screening - through time for hard- to - screen fine particles, enhancing classification and improving the screen's processing capacity and efficiency.

The screen plates are arranged at multiple inclinations (such as three, five, seven), mainly used for classification, desliming, and medium separation.
