CZS Series Relaxation Sieve

The unique feature of the chi-tension sieve is the principle of dual vibration: a resonant system consisting of a basic vibration (linear vibration of the sieve body) and an additional vibration (floating sieve frame), which produces relative motion. In this process, the elastic polyurethane screen surface continuously expands and contracts at a frequency of 800 times per minute, resulting in a high acceleration (50g) and effectively prevents the clogging of the sieve hole.

In the dual mass near resonance state, the relative movement between the main vibrating screen frame and the floating screen frame makes the screen form a periodic trampoline relaxation movement, so that the material on the screen surface is fully layered and transparent, and the screen area can achieve a very high screening efficiency with a relatively small screen area, and ensure that the screen is not blocked.
