SL Series Linear Screening Machine
The vibration trajectory of the SL series linear screening machine can be adjusted between a straight line and an ellipse, and can also be installed horizontally or at a small angle.
The SL series linear vibrating screen is designed for heavy-load mining conditions, with high screening efficiency, large production capacity, and low installation space (shortening the length of the belt, reducing the cost of foundation and chute accessories). It uses dual motors and dual mechanical eccentric vibration mechanisms, with strong exciting force.
It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, transportation and other fields.

1. It features fast linear material feeding, large processing capacity, circular vibration without hole blockage, and high screening efficiency.2. The maximum excitation force reaches 6.5G, greatly enhancing performance. 3. Thin oil lubrication combined with mechanical seal prevents oil leakage; the bearing has a long service life, facilitating maintenance and repair. 4.For the same screen machine dimensions, the installation height of the elliptical screen is over 2 meters lower than that of the traditional one. This reduces installation and conveyor belt heights, lowers the factory building height, and ensures better connection with other crushing equipment, with lower civil engineering and chute accessory costs. 5. The vibrator is atop the screen, easy to maintain and unaffected by material impact. It's separated from the screen machine and can be loaded/unloaded as a spare part, minimizing downtime due to vibrator maintenance.
