Product Description

ZGB(P) series slurry pump is a new product developed and designed by us by combining the advantages of domestic and foreign slurry pumps and adopting advanced design theory.This series of slurry pumps are cantilever, horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps.

The slurry pump series is powerful

It can extract media containing impurities such as sand, quartz, coal slag, iron slag, stone, limestone, etc., and can pass particles with a diameter of up to 50mm.

Main Technical Features:

1.CAD modern design, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low abrasion; 2.Wide interval channels, good anti-blocking performance and superior NPSH;

3.Composite seal of service impeller with packing and mechanical seal, which can ensure no leakage of slurry.

4.Reliable design which can guarantee MTBF (mean time between events) of the whole set to be improved;

5.The metric bearing with oil lubrication and the rational seting of lubrication and cooling system can ensure the bearing running under low temperature.

6.The over current parts with special materials have good performance of wear proof and anti corrosion.

7.With particular processing, the pump can be used for removing ash from seawater, and preventing from the corrosion of seawater,salt, mist and electro chemical. 8.Within allowable pressure, the pump can be used in series with multi stages and the maximum working pressure is 3.6Mpa.
