Product Description

The FV series rod feeder is suitable for primary and secondary feeding applications with large processing capacities. There are three main types and multiple specifications of feeders that can meet different requirements for feeding capacity, impact resistance, weight, and installation size. Can be equipped with standard silos ranging from 30 to 200 cubic meters, with a maximum feed particle size of up to 1500 mm.

Product Features:
1. Designed for heavy-duty conditions, the rack is sturdy and durable.
Compared with traditional feeders, the FV series' side plate is stronger. Its support beam features a seamless hollow box structure, doubling the beam's lifespan.2. The body is relatively low, facilitating arrangement. The FV feeder's installation height is 15 - 35mm lower than similar traditional ones. It ensures throughput with less space, better for on-site layout. 3. The mechanical vibration unit has a heavy-duty dual axis structure. Unlike traditional feeders' dual axis universal joint with dry oil lubrication, low efficiency and speed, the FV series uses a heavy-duty double eccentric shaft, with synchronized gears and oil immersion. It runs faster, has greater excitation force, and feeds smoother and quicker. 4. Adjust the amplitude via the eccentric block's weight and the impact angle. Traditional feeders adjust amplitude by adding/subtracting counterweights; the FV series does it by moving the eccentric block to modify both.
5. The bar segment has a double step design, using heavy-duty special I-beams, and the bar gap is finger-shaped, preventing blockages.6. The spring seat adopts a pin shaft installation method, and the feeder can be installed at a downward angle of 0-10 °. 7. Standard frequency converter controller, which adjusts the feeding amount and feeding speed of the equipment through frequency conversion. 8. Can start equipment with heavy load.
