Product Description
Huazhan Ceramic Patch Wear-resistant Pipe
Product Description
Alumina ceramic patch wear-resistant pipe is a composite pipe product developed specifically to address the wear challenges faced by industrial pipes. It utilizes a dual-layer composite structure consisting of a high-strength ceramic patch and a metal matrix. The core wear-resistant layer is made of alumina ceramic (AlO2) with a purity exceeding 92%, sintered at high temperatures. The ceramic patch has a hardness of HV1100-1300 (far exceeding the HV200-300 hardness of ordinary steel). A special adhesive bonds the ceramic patch tightly to the inner wall of metal pipes, such as Q235 carbon steel and stainless steel. This ensures the exceptional wear resistance of ceramic while maintaining the impact and pressure resistance of metal pipes. Available in diameters from DN50 to DN2000, the product can be customized to meet industrial needs with various specifications, including straight pipes, elbows, tees, and reducers.

Feature:
1. Ultra-Wear-Resistant: Service Life Extended 5-10 Times.
Alumina ceramics offer 20 times the wear resistance of ordinary seamless steel pipes, 5 times that of cast stone pipes, and 3-4 times that of wear-resistant alloy pipes. When transporting highly abrasive media such as pulverized coal, slag, sand, gravel, and tailings slurry, the service life of these pipes can be extended from 3-6 months for traditional pipes to 3-5 years, significantly reducing downtime and replacement frequency and lowering operation and maintenance costs.
2. Corrosion-Resistant: Adaptable to Complex and Harsh Operating Conditions.
2. Corrosion-Resistant: Adaptable to Complex and Harsh Operating Conditions.
The ceramic material boasts exceptional chemical stability, withstanding corrosion from acidic, alkaline, and salt solutions (pH 1-14) and high-temperature flue gases (≤800°C). It is particularly suitable for the complex "wear and corrosion" environments found in the chemical, metallurgical, and power industries, resolving the dual challenges of rapid corrosion and wear associated with traditional pipes.
3. Low Resistance and High Efficiency: Reduced Transportation Energy Consumption.
3. Low Resistance and High Efficiency: Reduced Transportation Energy Consumption.
The ceramic patch has a smooth surface with a coefficient of friction of only 0.15-0.2 (the friction coefficient of steel is 0.15-0.2). 0.5-0.6), the medium has less resistance when flowing through the pipe, reducing the load on conveying equipment such as fans and pumps. Energy consumption is reduced by 15%-20% for the same conveying volume, resulting in significant energy cost savings over the long term.
4. Safe and Reliable: Impact-Resistant and Resistant to Falling Off
The ceramic patch is bonded to the metal substrate with a high-strength, high-temperature-resistant adhesive, achieving a shear strength of >15MPa. Impact-resistant treatment is also applied to the patch joints to withstand shock and vibration during media conveyance, preventing ceramic fallout that could cause pipe blockage or equipment damage. Its operational stability far exceeds that of traditional "cast stone" and "patch" pipes.
