KF Series Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher
KF series impact crusher is a perfect combination of heavy-duty rotor design, high wear-resistant materials and crushing chamber design. It not only improves production capacity and product quality, but also reduces production costs and the consumption of wear parts.
Features:
1. The machine body adopts a sturdy steel structure to ensure extended service life, strong stability and simple maintenance.
2. The hammer head and liner are designed in a modular way to minimize the inventory of wear parts and increase the utilization rate of wear parts.
3. The hydraulic system can easily adjust the opening of the impact plate and the opening and closing of the casing, realizing the maximum operation rate of the crusher.
4. The chrome alloy main shaft is supported by double-row bearings and the bearing box is grease lubricated.
5. The wedge-type hammer head fixing device fixes the hammer head in the axial and radial directions, and is easy and quick to install and remove. 6. The turntable and back plate of the heavy-duty rotor (120mm thick) ensure smooth and smooth production and operation of the crusher.
7. The hydraulic unit can be started without stopping the machine, and the gap between the impact plate and the hammer head can be increased, so that the blockage will be able to pass through the crushing chamber smoothly, and then the impact plate will return to the original set position again.
8. The crusher's bearings and bearing seats are designed based on heavy-duty conditions. The double-layer sealing design of V-ring and O-ring is adopted to ensure that no dust and dirt enter the bearing seat
