SX Series Banana Vibrating Screen

Product Description

The banana sieve is essentially a linear vibrating sieve with a continuously varying inclination angle of the sieve surface. It is especially suitable for screening operations where the proportion of screened materials is ≥ 50%.

At the feeding end, the material movement and loosening speeds are fast. The material quickly separates into layers, allowing small particles to pass through the sieve swiftly and reducing the material layer thickness rapidly. Meanwhile, the settling speed of small particle materials is increased by 3 - 4 times, resolving the issue of insufficient contact between small particles and the sieve surface in ordinary screening. The speed at the discharge end is slower, which extends the screening time for fine and
hard-to-screen particles, enabling effective grading and enhancing the processing capacity and screening efficiency of the screening machine.

The sieve plate is designed with multiple inclination angles, such as three, five, or seven angles, combined for grading, desilting, and media removal.

Product Features:
1. The vibrator adopts a box-type, external eccentric block, high-efficiency gear-driven vibrator with a long life; this vibrator is interchangeable and easy to maintain, with stable synchronization effect, high-efficiency gear-driven vibrator, and low noise, only 78~80dB.
2. The vibrator mounting beam is a key component for bearing and transmitting the exciting force. It is designed with high-strength materials, double H-beam mechanism design, internal reinforcement plate, high rigidity, light weight, and all welds meet AS1554~P5 welding standards.
3. The screen plate support beam adopts a German Schenck seamless hollow box structure, made of 0355B, and bonded with American imported Nainat rubber sheet. It has the effect of corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and increases the life of the beam by more than 2 times.
4. The side plate of the screen machine adopts a special plate, and the yield strength and tensile strength of the material are 1.45 times and 1.4 times that of conventional vibrating screen materials respectively.
