Product Description

The BG series bar screening machine is usually used between primary feeders and primary crushers.
When the content of fine particles in the blasting source rock, natural gravel, and river pebbles is high, or when there are also wet natural fine materials or mud, in order to fully utilize the production capacity of the primary crusher, the feeding amount should be adjusted according to the incoming material situation at any time.
Therefore, the excitation force and rotation speed of the combined screening machine using this feeder and primary screening separation can be set to maximize the screening efficiency, without being affected by the feeder. Therefore, compared to the bar feeder with integrated feeding, this combination has higher screening efficiency.

Product Features:
1. The BG type elliptical vibrating bar screen is particularly suitable for occasions with large impact loads. It is used in conjunction with a feeder to withstand the unloading impact of larger tonnage dump trucks or larger-sized bulk materials.
2. The vibrator of the BG type bar screen is installed at the bottom of the screen box. It is driven by two shafts and two motors. The two motors are driven by universal joints and are mechanically self-synchronized, without the need for synchronous gears.
3. The vibrator produces an elliptical vibration trajectory, so that the material on the screen surface has a constant movement speed and a better penetration effect.
4. According to different specifications, there are different configurations for single-layer bar screen surfaces, such as double-stage, three-stage and four-stage. The bar screen surface of the double-layer screen is configured as three-stage, and the lower layer can be equipped with a wire woven screen or a rubber screen.
5. The maximum screen particle size is 1500mm, and the maximum separation particle size of the bar screen surface is 250mm.
