ST Series Linear Dewatering Screen
Product Features:
1. The exciter is of box type with external eccentric blocks and high-efficiency gear transmission. It has a long service life, is easy to exchange and maintain, features stable synchronization, is low-noise (only 78 - 80dB).2. The vibrator's installation beam, a crucial part bearing and transmitting excitation force, is designed with high-strength materials and a double H-beam mechanism plus internal reinforcing plates. It's highly rigid and lightweight, meeting the AS1554 - P5 welding standard. 3. The sieve plate's support crossbeam has a seamless hollow box structure, made of Q355B material. It's anti-corrosive and durable, doubling the service life. 4. The unit combination block eccentric vibrator allows for easy serialization and strong universality.
By applying self-synchronization principle, without gear forced drag, it has a linear motion trajectory, is lightweight, reliable, low-noise and requires little maintenance. 5. The crossbeam and sieve box use a riveted structure, and the side panels are weld-free to avoid welding stress and cracking. 6. Protective plates and reinforcing ribs are reasonably arranged in high-stress areas on the side panels to boost their strength. All angle steels and protective plates are cold-riveted to the side plates to prevent assembly welding stress.
