Product Description

Highly Recognized Heavy Medium Dense Media Ceramic Separator Cyclone for Coal Density Separation
Equipment description:

Dense medium cyclones are divided into two categories: pressure-feeding and non-pressing-feeding,but their separation principles are basically the same.
The dense medium suspension and minerals are subjected to centrifugal force in the cyclone, so that the suspension is stratified according to density, and the minerals in the suspension achieve the separation effect according to different densities.
The high density heavy products are concentrated on the outer wall, and are discharged through the heavy product discharge port along the outer spiral movement; the low-density light products are discharged through the overflow port in the negative pressure area at the center of the cyclone along the inner spiral, thus achieving high efficiency and accuracy sorting.
 
Operational principle:
The selected raw coal is fed from the top central pipe of the first-stage cylindrical cyclone.
Qualified resuspension liquid is fed tangentially from the lower part of the cyclone after being pressurized by the medium pump.
The selected material is under the action of centrifugal force field and density field
-The light product is discharged from the central tube at the lower end of the cyclone through the internal swirl flow along with a part of the heavy suspension with a lower density, and becomes clean coal;
-The heavy product and part of the heavy-suspension liquid with higher density pass through the external cyclone upward along the inner wall of the cyclone, and enter the second section of cylindrical conical cyclone;
-The materials entering the second section of the cylinder are sorted, and the medium coal and gangue are discharged.
