Product Description

          Dense medium cyclones are divided into two categories: pressure-feeding and non-pressing-feeding,but their separation principles are basically the same. The dense medium suspension and minerals are subjected to centrifugal force in the cyclone, so that the suspension is stratified according to density, and the minerals in the suspension achieve the separation effect according to different densities. 
          The high density heavy products are concentrated on the outer wall, and are discharged through the heavy product discharge port along the outer spiral movement; the low-density light products are discharged through the overflow port in the negative pressure area at the center of the cyclone along the inner spiral, thus achieving high efficiency and accuracy sorting.
