impact crusher

The SV series vertical axis impact crusher has a unique crushing chamber design and multi-stage rotor structure, which directly focuses on improving production efficiency and creating greater economic benefits for customers. It is a new process in the mining industry to replace grinding with more crushing and less grinding. It is also a new technology in the engineering field to produce machine-made sand similar to natural sand gradation and replace artificial sand with machine-made sand. It is widely used in the crushing and shaping of materials in industries such as hydropower, road and bridge construction, fine crushing and shaping of sand and gravel aggregates, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, and grinding. It is also used in desulfurization, steel slag, and construction waste crushing in the metallurgical industry.

Product Features:

1. Drilled material guide plate makes the material accumulation in the crushing chamber more stable.
2. Unique bypass feeding system maximizes crushing efficiency
3. Optimized rotor lining reduces wear and tear
4. Better product particle shape and grading
5. Optimized bearing box, the speed is 15-30% higher than competitors
6. Hydraulic adjustment of rotor feeding and pulley tensioning
